Can I make changes or cancel my online order?Updated a month ago

Once an order has been fulfilled or has been shipped, no changes can be made. 

But we can cancel and replace the order if you contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. If that's the case, please contact us immediately via Chat.

Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. In this case, we ask that you please wait until the order arrives and follow the normal return policy procedure. Discounted items may not be returned or exchanged.
