From time to time, this can happen! At SNS Health we never sacrifice the quality or integrity of our products, which is why we never substitute an alternative brand, product, or flavor without your permission. If an item is not expected to arrive at our warehouse within 48 hours of your order, we’ll always contact you directly with a suggestion for an alternate product that fits your needs. If we can’t find something you like, we’ll issue you an immediate refund - no questions asked.
In the meantime, you can request to be alerted when the product you’re eyeing is available for purchase by clicking on the “Notify When Back in Stock” button found on the product page. All you have to do is submit your email, and you will be automatically notified as soon as the product is restocked.
