I have sent back an item, how long will it take to receive my refund?Updated a year ago

We aim to process all returns within 3 working days of the return arriving at our warehouse. When your return is processed, you will receive confirmation via email. 

We offer the option to receive a store credit or to be refunded. If you choose a store credit, we will provide you with a code you can apply to your next purchase. If you prefer a refund, please note, funds may take up to 3-5 working days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
