How do I get a return shipping label?Updated a year ago

You may obtain a return authorization by contacting us via Chat or through the help center. You will then be able to print a return shipping label. 

You may drop the package at any UPS location. We gladly accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of purchase. This excludes clearance items which may not be returned or exchanged.
