Can I exchange a product for another one, for a different size or flavor?Updated 10 months ago

You can exchange your order by contacting us via Chat. You will be able to choose your exchange online and if the item is in stock, it will be shipped as soon as you return your original order back to our store. 

To expedite the process, we recommend dropping off the product you want to return to one of UPS access points. The return label will be provided by UPS. Please note that the shipping costs won't be covered in this situation.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. Upon approval, your exchange will be processed.
